Welcome to the New Year, 2014. We have made some changes in the format of the ezine that I hope you will enjoy. These changes are my response to the acceleration of the information that I am receiving and the acceleration of consciousness expansion that we are experiencing on this planet.

All over the world, our day-to-day life experiences are in a state of change. I know that it may look as if things are falling apart, but we might want to consider another perspective: the old is quickly making way for the new, and these changes are happening faster than the speed of light. I don’t know about you, but I welcome the change even if it is prefaced by chaos. The belief system that we have been living under has been and still is responsible for the conflict and discord that we have witnessed for thousands of years on this planet.

Sometimes I am asked exactly what is this old belief system that I am always going on and on about; what do I and others mean by the belief in separation? And let’s face it, if you do not know what it is, if you are not given some description of it and how it functions in your life experience, this whole shift in consciousness business would make no sense. First, there is an idea that is capturing our attention and imagination. It is stirring a power that has been lying dormant, triggering an ancient memory, and attracting you right into a relationship with this incoming stream of energy. That idea is,

You are the creator of your reality

Now who doesn’t want this to be true?

Considering the idea (notice I am not saying to believe it or accept it) is so tantalizing, so empowering that you cannot lay it aside or brush it underneath the rug. No way! Not this. Contemplating the idea excites the brain that then tells the neuro-networks that something new is coming down the pipes, time to create some new routes. A chemical that matches the excitation is released into the blood stream, and a signal goes out all over the cosmos that you have begun to awaken from the dream of separation. The Cosmos sends a signal back to you, “Assistance is available. We’ve got your back!”

While I guarantee you that it is a truth that you create your own reality, you have mostly been doing it by default; that means that you have been creating unconsciously.

I am going to let you in on a little something that we know that you will also come to know: what you have been doing is not considered creating, it’s what we call making or manufacturing something that mimics reality.

Here is how it works: your awareness or focus, is split in two. What you are aware of is what consciousness is. Part of your consciousness is guided by the belief in separation, and the other part resides in Unity, Oneness or Infinite Consciousness. The part of your consciousness, or focus, that is guided by the belief in separation is what you are currently using to manufacture your experience.

Furthermore, the dominant belief guiding a part of your consciousness includes a belief about your relationship with Infinite Consciousness: the belief in separation says, it doesn’t exist. So you are not aware of that other part of your consciousness that exists in Infinite Consciousness. The belief in separation has a less than amicable relationship with the other part of your consciousness that resides in unity with the Universe or Source or God.

The majority of the 7 billion people on this planet are governed by the belief in separation, so it’s not just picking on you. But here is what you should know: the belief in separation does not want you to become aware of it! In other words, it wants you to continue to focus on the belief that you are separate from the Source of your being; some call this Source, God, Goddess, Infinite Consciousness, the Unified Field, Oneness or All that Is. It doesn’t really matter what you call It. What does matter, however, is that we first have to release the belief in separation and then we have to become aware of our eternal connection with Infinite Consciousness.

Most of the increasing discord and conflict that we are witnessing on the planet is due to the threat that the awakening and shift in consciousness poses for the belief in separation. After all, the world and our lives as we know it, is based on this belief. It’s all up to us. Do we want to gently lay aside this old system, or will we allow it to continue to manufacture conflict, discord, suffering and misery on this planet?

This is, in a nutshell, what the shift in consciousness is all about. It begins with the awakening, where people are engrossed in experiences that are highlighting this belief. Some of us see and accept the relationship between what we believe and what we experience; and there are others who have not become aware of the relationship. Everyone will, sooner as opposed to later, awaken and make the shift in consciousness. There is no other choice.

Here is something else I would like you to consider: Your life experience which includes how you feel on the inside and its relationship to what you observe on the outside is the only proof or evidence that is available to you. All that you really require, and this is where I come in, is to have your confidence restored in your authority to define and direct your life experience. You always have been as you are now, the boss of your life experience. Now is the time for you to awaken and claim your authority and express the power that is your relationship with Infinite Consciousness.

Millions of people are awakening and making this shift. The people of the earth are prepared for it. I would like to dedicate the 2014 IWP Shift in Consciousness Ezine to assisting you in becoming aware of the belief in separation and how it operates in your life. I just think you should know that if you can create your life anew, together we can create a new earth.

So be it. So it is.
