Welcome to the July/August, 2015 edition of the IWP Shift in Consciousness Ezine. I admit that I was dealing with a little writer’s block on that last edition. But I’m back, with an expanded, higher version of what I originally wanted to write about: “What Does Ascension Mean?” The Universe had my back all the time.

Some years ago, I came across a book entitled Creation Spirituality, Liberating Gifts for the Peoples of the Earth. I had never heard of its author, Matthew Fox. I turned to the back cover to discover that the Vatican had issued Fox an order of silence. So naturally, buying the book was the logical next step. I read it and I was hooked on Fox. And I read the next one, Sins of the Spirit, Blessings of the Flesh, Lessons for Transforming Evil in Soul and Society. Surfing, I came across an excerpt from his new book, The Hidden Spirituality of Men, which is in the Guest Blog Spot. You know sometimes I am so engaged, so intrigued by the passion that is communicated through writing. I feel a strong alignment with Matthew Fox. I’ve only read this excerpt, but I have added the new book to my I’ll get to it list of books to read.

There are two articles in Science & the Sacred, the first is an interview with Starhawk, Pagan Priestess and Earth Activist. I had the pleasure of meeting Starhawk at the Women & Spirituality Conference, in Mankato, Minnesota, in 2013. She is known for her knowledge on the discovery in the intersection of paganism and permaculture. The second article is from “ in5d.com,” and it’s all about what highly conscious people talk about.

In Food & Art, you will find one of my boards from Pinterest. I consider the creation of those boards part of my art practice. This is a relatively new board about the return of the divine feminine and raising the frequency of the planet. The second feature in this section is an article from the Occupy Big Food blog. It’s all about the food industry, GMO’s and changing how and what we eat.

And there’s more. I’ve put together an issue to inspire and support you in your journey. Feel free to drop us a line or two. We would love to hear from you.

There’s a divine unfolding going on within all of us. Remember, you didn’t make this long journey to settle for the norm, or the status quo. We’re here to make some changes, shift the paradigm and rock the love!
